The vacuum has been cleaned (wiped down)and tested and is in proper working order with good suction to it the roller does rattle a little bit when you first turn it on but smooths out after a little bit so it may need a new roller sometime in near future and the plug has been replaced with a high quality grounded replacement. It is in very good condition with a few minor scuff marks but still looks good as you can see in the pictures below. It does not come with any bags but you can buy them online.
