My story
07/05/22 Willow was adopted, but later returned after 5 months due to changes in the previous owner's lifestyle. According to the previous owner, Willow is kennel trained, partially housebroken and knows basic commands. The previous owner also stated that Willow is playful with other dogs, playful with cats, curious about children, but fearful of strange men. Willow is a young dog with a lot of energy, she is looking for an active family that can take her on many adventures! If Willow sounds like the pup for you, please make an appointment to meet her. 02/13/22 Willow was surrendered to the shelter because her previous owner was moving and could not take her with them. She is a very sweet little pup that can be shy around strangers. Willow is said to be gentle with children and babies and playful with other dogs and cats. Willow does not have experience with pocket pets or livestock, so caution should be taken when introducing her to such animals. She is said to be kennel trained and is working on being housebroken. She will whine when she needs to go. She seems to be a quick learner and has already learned a few basic commands, such as sit, come and kennel. Willow is a husky mix and will likely grow up to be a high energy dog that will require an outlet for all that energy. She would also benefit from a puppy class to help build her confidence and give her some socialization. If you are interested in meeting this little lady, please give the shelter a call!July 19, 2022, 11:32 pm
