My story
Wiley is a beautiful tuxedo Maine Coon mix boy who has had a hard life. He lived most of his life outside except for a few months when he lived indoors with a family who kept him caged 24-7 until his fur got horribly matted. Thankfully a kind neighbor rescued him and brought him to Healing Hearts. His name is Wiley because he was friends with a coyote when he was living outside. Wiley is about 5 years old. He is neutered, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV and leukemia, dewormed and on flea prevention. Wiley has had a healthy exam and junior panel. He has his dental scheduled for July 20th because he has a rotten canine tooth that needs to be extracted. He is an easygoing and lazy boy who loves to cuddle. He needs a home with no other cats or dogs. He would probably do fine with gentle older children. Wiley's adoption fee is just $50 because he is a little bit older. He can be adopted now as long as you are willing to bring him back to our vet in Mt. Juliet in July for his dental. Our rescue will be paying for his dental. The worst of his mats have been shaved now and we are working on combing out the small mats. He will need regular brushing for the rest of his life to prevent mats. If you are interested in adopting Wiley, please complete the online adoption application. You can also email [email protected] or text (615) .
