Buyer gets the WCE55US6HB00 cooktop pictured. This was a new home takeout. The owner decided they didn't like it so it ended up with me. It was only used for a month or so. Knobs are there, just pictured later.  The buyer gets what is pictured so please check the pictures carefully. Works perfectly or returns are free with a 100% refund.Bottom line:Satisfaction is guaranteed or returns are free with a couple of stipulations:  1) if you have a problem you must make an effort to contact us before leaving feedback....if you can not commit to that then shop elsewhere   2) If a free return with a 100% refund might cause you to pitch a fit please than please shop elsewhere.  If the above stipulations make you not want to buy our stuff I am truly sorry but we are a low drama operation.
