This ladder is in very good condition even though it has been used several times. It is fairly clean, we always wiped it off after each use and stored it inside.

　　Multi-positions are great. We've never done it, but it can be separated and used as scaffolding or as two small stepladders.

　　It has slip resistant feet and is VERY stable.

　　Model MT-13. Aluminum. 13', 300 lb. capacity. Two people can be on it at the same time as long as they don't exceed 300 lbs.
