I am selling my weider home gym, it has 7 or more work outs that you can do on it. it not only has the bench that you can do the free weights on, it also has the cables that you can do cable workouts with aswell. It has the 2 cables in the front, a bottom cable and the butterflys. You can do bench, incline bench, squats, curls, and really just about anything on this gym. This is really your all in one gym besides actually having a gym membership.
