I just recently moved, and my new apartment currently has a washer and clothes dryer, so I'm planning to remove my old set. Both are fully practical, and have been covered under a tarpaulin on my covered patio area for simply a month. Outstanding condition! Both have actually been in my household alone, nothing else owners.

　　The washer is a Kenmore Elite HE 3, front-loading. It comes with the instruction brochure.

　　The clothes dryer is an Admiral Designer Series. It's a bit older, hence the affordable price, however it still runs perfectly!
