i need this processor for my computer

　　i have a faster processor but it wont fit in my computer and my computer cant handle it

　　the processor i have is:

　　intel pentium 4 processor 3.00 ghz 2M Cache 800 MHz

　　and it looks like the first picture i have

　　the one i need is:

　　Intel Pentium 4 Processor (CPU) 2.40GHz

　　and looks like the second picture i have(if ether of them show up)

　　and i have no car and cant drive so we will have to do the trade at my house(i have $5 to pay for gas)
