Serviced products consist of firearms & & devices, archery devices, game heads, automotive parts & & devices, motorcycle parts & & accessories, athletic devices, home interiors & & exteriors, electronic accessories, glasses, and more!

The hydrographic dipping process is an approach of applying printed designs to three-dimensional objects. The hydrographic procedure can be used on metal, plastic, glass, hard woods, and numerous other materials. In the procedure, the substrate piece to be printed is pre-treated and a base coat material is used. A film with the graphic image to be transferred and is then drifted on the surface area of a vat of water. An activator chemical is sprayed on the film to dissolve it into a fluid and trigger a bonding representative. The piece is then lowered into the vat, with the floating ink layer, which wraps around and follows it. After removing the piece from the water, a leading coat is used to safeguard the design. With several dippings, hydrographic printing can achieve full 360 protection of the part surface, including little crevices. (From Wikipedia).

The duracoat process, on the other hand, includes healing a resin-hardener mix via chemical procedure. The duracoat mixture is typically sprayed onto metal and plastic items, such as guns, by methods of airbrush application. With its adaptability and toughness, the Duracoat system is believed to be the current in firearm completing innovation.

These 2 complementary processes are readily offered at HydroGraphics Headquarters, making it possible for customers to integrate the subtle look of Duracoat with the striking appeal of Hydrographics.
