Walnut's story

　　Dear Santa,

　　My name is Walnut and my loud, silly and over the top ways have probably earned me a spot on your naughty list. And while I might be a bit challenging at times for some people, I really am a good guyjust having a hard time adjusting to shelter life. I have quite a zest for life please send me a new best friend who has the same outlook on life.

　　I promise to be the best dog I can be.

　　If you have children in the family, please bring them in for a visit --it's the best way see if the dog would be a good fit for your family. Adoption applications are only processed after you visit the shelter and meet the dog in person and speak with one of our adoption counselors.
