Vivie's story

　　Would you like to have a holiday angel in your home this year? Not just the one on the top of the tree but me, Vivie. I've been told I have the most beautiful eyes, round and big and innocent. I'm a little Golden girl, 1 and a half years old, weighing 46 pounds. AGB rescued me from a northern Alabama shelter and brought me to Birmingham. Don't you wonder how a pretty little angel like me wound up at a shelter? I can't understand it either. The AGB folks say I am "sweet, sweet, sweet and beautiful to boot". I am so happy to be out of the shelter and getting help looking for a new home. In fact, I'm so happy, I drop for belly rubs every time somebody tries to pet me. But every sweet story has a sad twist - I have heart worms and I'm also coughing and sneezing from kennel cough. I sure would like to be totally well for the holidays; in fact, I'd love to be with a new family. This holiday puppy angel would love to be your gift this year.
