Buyer will receive the cot only.  The original box is not included because there are 4 cots to one box.  We will include if you buy 4.This unit is NEW and was acquired from a company that closed down an office.  They found these units in  storage nicely preserved in new condition.  We estimate these to be 40+ years old.  The company it came from has been around for over 100 yearsIt looks like there is a following to collect furniture from this manufacturer.  I found an old ad online that shows the unit.
