A Vintage Brass Piano Lamp. Unknown manufacturer but the label states: UL P-8872 / E-20073.

　　This unit has been tested and works perfectly. It has a few tarnish marks, due to the material and the lamps age. The arm of the lamp has a slight lean/slant but it isn't that noticeable and doesn't affect the lamp's usability.
