This is a recent find from a local estate...early 1900's i would guess. I have been trying to figure out this artist name and signature ....but still haven't got it (perhaps you know)...the one thing I do know is that this is a talented  artist...just an awesome painting. Timpanogos north face (also a guess)...canvas measures 20X30, framed at d.t. broun in SLC....in business in the first half of the century
