Will be shipped with the legs disassembled - see photo #3.2 of the pegs for the legs are broken (see photo #4). If you're able to remove and replace them, that would be ideal. Otherwise, I'd recommend to add wood glue to the area with the broken pegs. The top is in great clean condition. There are some scuffs along the side edges of the top as pictured in photo #9/10 (note the chip on the lacquer in photo #10). Also, one leg in particular has a lot of scuffs and scratches - see photo #9. The other legs have some scratches but they're in good condition overall - see photo #10/11. Measures in total 26"h x 56"l x 18"w Space from floor to bottom border: 22.25"h
