Antique oak 5 drawer tool box made by Gerstner and Sons.
Well known, collectable tool box maker. I believe this is the Gerstner National Five model from what I can tell.
The drawers all slide in and out smoothly and are in good condition on the inside, with the felt padding still intact. Flip top opens and all latches work. Drawers go for $25 each on ebay.
