This stool was completely taken apart, sandblasted off all the rust and old paint, had the legs powder coated silver with just a hint of sparkle. The seat and steps I used a classic glossy red.  New hardware was used, and new rubber treads added.  This great utilitarian stool is ready for another 60+ years of service.  The seat is 24-1/2 inches high, first step 10-1/2 inches, second 17-1/2 inches.  New plastic cap feet protect the floors in today's homes.  I have restored many Cosco stools, carts, and chairs and have received many compliments.I offer
