Item is in cosmetically decent condition for its age. Fully functional, all matching serial #'s, the pads wear replaced sometime ago, and had been played minimally since then over a period of 2 years. Although pad replacement has had been performed, as I list it as refurbished there so, I would recommend such service be performed again if a beginner player entered into the intermediate level of playing. At this time, pads are not sticking, and do seal.
Serial # 85981, appears to be a quite low number, yet my guess would be this flute (judging by the case) is a 1970s production, but quite possibly earlier ( it's difficult to determine the year of a Bundy by the serial number. Nobody seems to have a serial number list that's considered to be truly authoritative)
Bundy is now discontinued, and collectable.
This item contains cleaning rod, case, all hinges intact and not broken/damaged.
Flute has no dings or dents.
Finish is as pictured, and of such age.
Flute was always cleaned after use.
Corks in tack.
