Vintage Tom Tom. I think this is a Leedy & Strupe from the 20's or 30's judging from the lug design. They were made for about 10 yrs. There's no name on the outside and I refuse to take it apart and look on the inside.

　　7" x 11" Probably the original calf head. Believe it or not, the thing sounds great! Originally it would have been used as a mounted tom on the bass drum.
