Barbie's open top roadster resembles the sleek Austin Healy 3000, one of the most sophisticated sports cars of its day. Barbie's car features a coral pink exterior and turquoise interior, with chrome-like fenders, grill, headlights, and spoke wheels on the whitewall tires. The car even has a personalized license plate front and back. Bucket seats large enough for Barbie to sit in and room enough in the 2-seater for a friend (maybe Ken?). Made in the USA for Mattel by Irwin. Important addition to any Barbie collection or mid-century toy collection.
