*UPDATE* The whole front “A” frame of the trailer has been replaced with new 2x6 steel and is ready to be towed around the world. The work was done by a professional welder using new steel and reinforcements where necessary. A new 2-5/16” coupler and Jack were also installed and I will leave it to the new owner to paint the steel incase you want to add anything else, like a mini split. The “A” frame was also extended out an extra  1’-3” to accommodate a mini split and to allow for more turning clearance. This 1949 Spartan Royal Mansion was purchased a few years back and was going to become our traveling office. Plans have changed and it’s time to sell this amazing trailer that has unlimited potential. We stripped the interior but, saved a majority of cabinetry and woodwork along with all original wall sconces (all included in the sale). The trailer has brand new rims and tires as of last year and only have 10 miles on both. Main frame is in good shape with no issues and still has the original undercarriage panel covering the underside. All the glass is intact except for the front plexiglass windows, these will need to be replaced but all parts are readily available to do so. In the pictures there is a rear tail light missing but, I do have it and it will come with the trailer. What you see in the pictures is what you will get.
