VINNIE's story

　　You are looking for a sweet little boy, right? About 1 year old? Well, congratulations. You found him-it`s me.

　　I am a playful guy and the volunteers and staff enjoy my company. But they say I am fickle, that maybe I will run out and play with you and maybe I won`t. How funny, that`s just my very own game to get you to play.

　　When I am thinking about things, I prefer to sit on the cat stand, sort of hunched up. That way I can watch you carefully and try to figure you out. I may do that for a few minutes. Then when you think I will never move, I jump off the cat stand and run all around the room to check you out.

　　You can tell that I like other cats a lot, because I am here with so many friends. I like them a lot and I will like your cats if you have others.

　　If you sit for a bit, I will run right over to you. Might even rub your legs and purr. If you are so very patient!

　　Get a feather toy and you will really watch me go. I will chase it all over the room as you move it around for me. Then I run around the room like crazy, it makes me so energetic.
