This is a really uncommon gag present from the 50's made by the Milbit Co. From Uniondale NY and by Mary Dorman. It is a fantastic example of comic strip styled graphics and composing put into a box. Gag presents are an ancient past time and continues to this day. This recall into the 50's is very uncommon ... for one things made from card board never last and gag gifts are allways trashed and forgotten.
