Velvet 28121's story

　　Velvet is a gorgeous 1-year old, short-haired, gray and white female cat. Velvet got her name because her coat is as soft as velvet; it is also silky and thick. She would be great as an indoor/outdoor cat and as a mouser. She gets along with other cats, would do well with kids, but are not sure how she is with dogs. Velvet purrs all the time, loves to sit on the cat tower, and is very affectionate. We snapped a picture of her while she was meowing; look at those perfect pearly white teeth! 　　Dogs and puppies may be adopted for a fee of $120. All cats and kittens may be adopted for $50. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heartworm negative.
