This is a 1972 Holton Galaxy model trumpet for sale, it's able to play fine as is, but the first valve needs a new valve guide on it, and it will spin around side to side until that's replaced, which is fairly cheap. Other than this, it's got some dents on the first valve slide, second valve slide, and bell, in addition to a fair amount of wear to the finish. It's also not got a screw for the third valve slide ring. Spit valve corks are both old but seal decently. Comes in a 1980s or 90s King case, with a mouthpiece that's only marked "7C" with no brand markings.
