We have for sale a unique and stunning solid wood and heavily carved English Hutch China Cabinet. This piece of history is crafted from tiger oak (quarter sawn) and sports detailed carvings from top to bottom. We date this piece to be circa 1870 and it turns every head entering the shop. It is transported in three pieces including the easily removed pediment. We believe the condition to be ?Good?. Some dings, slight wood panel separations and other wear as you could expect from a 140 year old piece of furniture. The doors currently do not have glass but looks great without it. The three drawers and large base have ample storage for linens and silver. Local pickup only. The hutch is available for viewing or pickup 7 days per week. It is located upstairs in booth 206 at the ?Haggle Shop? antique store in historic downtown Kingsport, TN. It?s worth seeing even if you are just interested in or admire fine antique furniture.
