I am the original owner of this lightweight trailer with a clamshell top.  The trailer box is approximately 4' x 8'. Total length is 9' 9".  The tire hips are outside the box.  The top has been fitted with Thule rails and can be set up to haul any combination of either 2 kayaks or a yak and a canoe.  Two sets of Thule Hull-A-Port yak carriers, one Thule Portage canoe carrier and Thule cross bars are included.  The trailer frame is all aluminum, and the trailer body is molded PVC.  This puppy is light weight and will not rust.  The trailer is a perfect solution for anyone looking to haul their yaks or canoe along with their gear.  I have used it for just that for several years.  The trailer has a 2" receiver and a 4-way flat connector.  All lights work.  The trailer has a 480 lb. shipping weight and is rated at 1,000 lb. carrying capacity. Tires are 175/80R13 and in good shape. A new and unused spare tire is included along with a spare tire carrier.  The wheels are aluminum and a rear fold down stabilizer jack keeps the trailer from tipping backward when unhitched.
