TX/Ozzie's story

　　Hi, my name is Ozzie and I'm as rambunctious as I am adorable. I am an 8-month orange and white roan Brittany and I weigh about 35 pounds. I am neutered, UTD on all shots and HW negative (on HW prevention), I have gone thru treatment for Ehrlichia, I still am testing positive as I was exposed, but I do not have Ehrlichia or Ehrlichia symptoms. Two separate vets have cleared me.

　　I'm currently living with my foster family, two children and two dogs, which means I'm playing every waking hour of the day. I love playing with my two and four legged siblings, although once a porcelain cat did scare me out of my socks. I know it would have scared you too. I love to cuddle and watch tv with my people and everybody gets kisses from me. I love my people so much that I am always where they are in the house and I sing at the door whenever someone leaves, but that doesnt last too long.

　　A few things you should know about meI am pretty young still, so I tend to chew on things. I was told I had a history of bolting for the door, but that hasn't been a problem in my current house. I really like playing with by foster siblings, so I would do best in a house with another dog to play with and a family that is very active. I know you will love me to pieces as I am one darling precious boy.

　　From Ozzies foster family: Ozzie is really sweet and playful but still needs some behavioral training as he occasionally chews on things and jumps on you when being greeted. We have tried to teach him to sit when getting treats but he still hasnt mastered that yet. He is housebroken, and he is used to a doggy door. He sleeps in his crate overnight and when were not home mostly without issue but occasionally needs some extra encouragement to go into the crate. He is GREAT with our 7 and 9-year-old children. We have not tested him with cats yet.

Transportation can be arranged up 1400 miles with the adopter being responsible for the last 100 miles.
