TX/Abby (Paried with TX/Rowdy)'s story

　　My name is Abigail, nicknamed Abby. I do like to be called Abigail at times in a loving way. When my Foster Mom calls me Abigail I come running with love in my eyes. I am a 3 yr old, 31 lb orange/white spayed female, UTD on vaccines, HW neg and on prevention. I am told I am one healthy girl.

　　I need gentleness and kindness as I have been through a lot, I am looking for my forever family that will love me the rest of my life. As you will be my 5th home that my Foster Mom is aware of. I love to sit on my hoomans lap and get kisses and belly rubs. My story is a sad and scary one.

　　One stormy thundery rainy night in May of 2016, I was dumped in the streets with my brother Rowdy. It was raining so hard and the streets were starting to flood. I was very pregnant and ready to have my babies, when a kind man saw us and rescued us from the flooding streets. We were put in a brand-new car, my new Dad didnt care we were wet and muddy, and taken to a safe warm home to deliver my pups. He gave us so much love, tenderness and care. My brother and I loved our Daddy very dearly. We were one very happy family. In August of 2018, my Daddy was murdered in front of me in a home invasion and I would not leave his side. They called my Dads sister in law to come get me and my brother, so the police could come in and handle the crime scene. My Dads sister in law had dogs, so they could not keep us either and turned us over to NBRAN and now I am with my Foster Mom. So, you can see why I want you to be my final loving forever home.

　　I take some time to warm up to strangers, but we are talking minutes. Give me cookies and pet me slowly and my tail will never stop wagging and I will be your forever friend. I really do love kisses. I am looking for a family that has room for me and my brother. I would like for us to be the only dogs, since we both will give you plenty of loving. I need a private fence as I can climb out of a chain link fence. Please consider my brother and I, I know we will make you happy and giggle too.

　　I love walks and I am very good on a leash. Housebroken, crate trained, but really would like to be part of the family and not in a crate. I would love to sleep with you and be your couch potato. I will sit for a cookie or to hook my leash for my walk. My brother and I will lay on the floor as you do your chores or work on the computer. Cookies and chew bones are wonderful, and I like toys, but love is my number one thing.

Transportation can be arranged up 1400 miles with the adopter being responsible for the last 100 miles.
