1) PAINTING, An Aid to the Fuller Appreciation of Fine Paintings and a Description of the Various Techniques for the Layman, Student and Artist. Published in 1929, this is the 1935 edition. It's in good condition, without any wear or damage to the bindings. There is a small staining on one corner of the cover. Consists of 16 color and 48 half-tone plates.
2) GRAPHIC ARTS. First published in 1929, this is the 1936 edition. It's in great shape without any wear or damage to the bindings. There is some yellowing on the title page, where the color plate "bled" a little color while the book was on the shelf. Includes short articles by 37 modern authorities on a wide range of artistic methods. Consists of 5 color and about 40 half-tone plates.
