Make your very own rag rugs making use of the "twined rag rug" technique. Back in 2007 my sis and I discovered a loom at a yard sale and were fascinated with the idea of making our own rugs. She purchased the loom and I headed out and got the materials to make my own loom. We browsed for a book and discovered this one. I ended up with 2 books - my sister got me one thinking I had not discovered one. I would like to offer one book and my loom. The loom is adjustable, you can make assorted size rugs. In the photo the loom is 3'x4', and the additional sides I made are 6' long (for when you are really eager and want a huge rug). I nailed the gazillion nails myself and the loom is solid. The rugs are easy to make, nothing complexed at all about it. I used cotton calico and ended up with strong durable rugs that really look nice and are fun to do. Knit materials, corduroy, denim, terry, etc. would work splendidly. I gave them away as presents and sadly have absolutely nothing to reveal for my efforts!

　　I took care of the book, it's simply like brand-new. My back has actually been offering my issues so I've chosen to sell the loom. I will certainly not part with my other copy of the book because, well because the the rugs are so terrific and maybe I'll have the ability to do it once more.
