　　Throughout this summer 2012, the Humane Society of West Alabama wants to increase my chances at finding my forever home by reducing my adoption fee! Email my rescue group or stop in to meet me!

　　The Humane Society of West Alabama's cat adoption center at 1515 Veterans Memorial Pkwy is open Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Appointments are available for other times with advance notice. We're all-volunteer need at least a couple of days of advance notice to schedule appointments.

　　This formally dressed young lady is Vera, a beautiful Tuxedo girl, between 4 and 5 months old. Yes, a female Tuxedo girl! She has pretty light yellow-green eyes and a heart-shaped pink nose! Vera has a white "beard," with a triangle-shaped white spot traveling up to her nose. Vera is an energetic and very funny little girl who loves to entertain! She also loves her playtime. She loves fuzzy mice! Vera was abandoned at a vet clinic by a harmful person who didn't take care of her, her sister or her mother. She's hoping to gain a much better start at life than the one that was dealt before coming into our care. Please stop in at our cat adoption center to meet Vera and many more adoptable cats!

　　Negative for FIV and FeLK and current on vaccinations. Vera has been spayed.

　　Our adoption fee is temporarily reduced to only $50, a fee to help defray a fraction of vet costs and general care expenses. Our adoptable animals have routine vet visits and are as healthy as possible as soon as they are in our care, and are not available for adoption until they are cleared by one of our trusted local veterinarians.
