Bought brand new from Game Stop game stop on October 1st. My XBox red ringed and I no longer use them. I only used them 4 times. They also work with all Macs and PCs if you are that type of gamer. They are still under warranty and can provide a receipt if necessary in case the warranty use is needed. Paid $296.00 total for them.
