His shelter name is Trump, and although he is not politically inclined, he does want to make America great again. With his happy, friendly, lovable, personality and intelligent, gentle nature, he might even be able to make a difference...even if it doesn't affect America as a whole. He certainly has the potential to make his new family happy, and I guess that would be his personal contribution to making America 'great again'!
