*TRUFFLE's story

　　Truffle came to the shelter as a stray so very little is known about her. Truffle is nice but extremely shy so her new owners will need to be careful to keep her leashed and safely contained, because if she gets loose she is unlikely to come back. Truffle may have been kept as an outside dog at some point, and may have limited inside manners, but appears to keep her kennel trained, so may be housebroken or have some inside experience. Truffle is an active girl who is hoping for an active home that will take her on plenty of adventures while helping her to build her confidence. Truffle has been well behaved with her canine neighbors and her animal tenders, but may not have ever met cats or kids before, so caution should be used when introducing her to either.
