My story
All of our dogs are housed in private homes, we do not have a store or a shelter. We do not show dogs to interested parties until they have an approved adoption application. If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, please fill out an adoption application on our website You may also find us on facebook: Helping Shepherds of Every Color Rescue. âTrooper is a very smart and very sweet pup. He found himself in a shelter after being picked up off the street but he wasn't thriving there so they asked us to help. He is extremely malnourished and wasn't gaining weight, but he is energetic and playful. Update: Trooper has EPI which means his pancreas does not produce the enzymes needed to digest his food. He requires digestive enzymes on his food. He is currently at about 40 lbs, we are still trying to get him up to a proper weight. Trooper will play fetch with a ball or a stick or a bone as long as you play with him. He loves to carry something around on his mouth. He would also excel at Nose Work. He has been through basic obedience training, he is extremely smart but he was also the class clown. Trooper lives with a small dog and other large breed dogs. He gets along with most of them, he may squabble with them from time to time but he is really not aggressive and he will back down to an alpha dog. He loves to ride in the car. He will hunt varmints in your yard and he will chase a cat but may respect a cat in the home.
