Tripper is currently in a loving foster home.He has been diagnosed with Cerebellar hypoplasia(CH), also called "Wobbly Cat Syndrome." Cerebellar hypoplasia ("CH") is a neurological condition in which the cerebellum is smaller than usual or not completely developed.
