Time for me to let this camper go, as I’m getting ready to build on therural land where I had this set up. This would be great for a rural property, agrown kid still living at home, or an emergency backup plan. THE GOODNo leaksDiesel heat – works waaaaaaay better than propane in the depth ofwinter. Stayed VERY warm.Signed title in hand from when I bought it. I never bothered titling itsince I was not using on road.Decent sized shower with a small *tub*Queen master bedroom in front (no mattress)Couch with reclinersSlide-out works greatPlumbing all works Separate rear bedroom with sturdy cot-sized bunks. Only one mattress,as the top was used as a shelf. Rear bedroom has a separate AC unit – balances much better that way. Space in the rear bedroom for a deskFull sized 120v fridge – very nice for living there more thanoccasionallyTires in excellent shape – few miles and stored out of the sun THE BAD?Missing the commode. We used a composting toilet that doesn’t come withthe camper. Supply feed is still there but capped. No queen mattress includedStove removed for better kitchen storage – electric rangetop and largetoaster oven includedI removed the propane system because propane doesn’t work well in thewinter. I still have it if you want it.Full sized 120v fridge – good for parking in one place, will not run intransitNeeds new tanks for the diesel heaters. THE UGLYMissing the AC cover – works fine without itIt’s a 1999, so it ain’t shinySet up for functionality, not beautyThere have been leaks in the past. I bought it from a roofer who did agreat job of fixing those, but there are still spots that don’t look greatSomeone in the past put in carpeting. Bad idea in a camper because itholds moisture. I removed most of it but there are still a few strips.
