　　There is No SIM in package, as I transferred number to a new phone. You will have to call TracFone and ask to send you a free SIM card (takes about 5 days to ship you a new SIM card). I have deleted this phone from my account, so should be no problem setting it up.

　　The SIM includes your phone number, so if you want to transfer your old phone number to this phone you will have to set up account with TracFone first and pay for at least 30 minutes of airtime ($10) to activate phone.

　　**Please note: It takes a bit of time to set up the account as Tracfone may put you on hold for several minutes during the process...also may take about 2 days to finalize the setup (for TracFone to recognize your SIM) once you get the SIM card, insert it in the phone, and call them back to set it up. But once you do so, you are good to go!
