Miss Topsy started off a shy dog, but with FDR's TLC, has come into her own! Once cowering in her crate, Topsy is now bouncing with excitement each time one of her human or canine friends comes through the door. Although small in stature, this little girl has lots of energy! One years old, 10 pounds, an apartment is fine for her. And she gets along well with other dogs.
