　　Here’s a very rare, Top-of-the-Line, NordicTrack Elite skier exercise machine, made in solid Walnut. Regarded as the Rolls Royce of NordicTrack skiers. Original cost was over $1,500, which translates to over $3,500 today! Of course, if you're looking at this listing, you probably already know all of that, along with most of what is described below.

　　What makes the Elite model worth the extra money? It has all the advanced features you'd get on the Achiever and Medalist models, plus: finer craftsmanship, extra heavy duty construction for aggressive and/or heavy users, 1" thick by 4" tall solid walnut sideboards (versus 3/4" thick by 3" tall in Pro, Medalist, and Achiever) with a hand-rubbed Danish oil finish; a handsome, black anodized, heavy gauge aluminum frame, and a leather-type Nortex hip pad (additionally adjustable forwards and backward, not just up and down). Only the Elite model has a pneumatically controlled elevation adjustment--allows you to automatically raise or lower the slope of the machine with just a flip of a lever. Double-oversized main mast and upper extension arm (eliminates annoying front end flex), and an extra wide front foot print for maximum stability. Round-tipped walnut skis with brass accents, and higher-quality foot pads add to its classic good looks.

　　This item is in excellent condition. Recently re-conditioned, including the new RED colored drive rollers. Hip pad has been changed to the newer black version (different than my original photo). Unit comes fully set up, and with an owner's manual, a computer pulse monitor, all computer cables, and new computer batteries.
