Tootsie's story

　　Tootsie is about a year old and weighs about 16lbs. We believe he is a terrier mix of some sort.

　　Tootsie was rescued off the streets of Tijuana. When she was first found she was terrified, skinny, and so sad! He rescuer brought her home, gave her some good food, and made her a little bed to get some rest. The next day her personality really started to shine. It was so obvious how grateful she was right from the beginning.

　　She wants nothing more than to follow her person around the house and snuggle. When her foster is laying on the couch, her favorite place to be is curled up on her chest under her neck. She is an expert at snuggles. Tootsie also gets along great with other dogs and is just truly the sweetest little girl. Tootsie has all the love to give in the world, and now she just needs a forever family to give it to.
