Tootsie is a petite all black kitty with a short tail born in September 2011.

　　She is a Hurricane Harvey survivor (rescued by Best Friends) that was able to come to Arizona..

　　She is a very sweet and lovable girl -- she likes to be with her people and is so happy to snuggle up on your lap.

　　She also likes to play and thinks that batting balls around is great fun.

　　She is fine with or without other kitties and does fine with the large cat-friendly dogs at her foster home -- they play together and cuddle up when it's time for a rest.
