Prior to coming to Big Bones, Toby's story is one that was filled with abuse and neglect. He was kept in a crate that was too small for his growing body causing him to have elongated tendons in his back legs that give him a bit of a gallop when he walks. In addition, he sustained trauma his femur that was left untreated and therefore healed improperly making one leg slightly shorter than the other. He is currently on pain medication and some at home physical therapy, but that does not stop him from chasing tennis balls or playing with his favorite squeaky toy. Despite all of this Toby's heart is filled with so much love that he is ready to share. Toby is in foster in Johnstown. His adoption fee is $350.
