My story

　　Hi Everyone, my name is Titan! I am a beagle corgi mix and about 7 years old. I came to the rescue back in May 2021 as a stray with evidence of prior abuse. Because of my tough past, I stayed with my fosters as they helped train me and learn how to trust people again. I have come a long way but I will need someone who is patient and wants to give me a good home. Sorry to tell you but I am not going to be a traveler or a snuggly dog and would prefer to just do my own thing which is mostly lounging around. Given my past, I don't think I should be around children. I will allow you to pet me but I am still nervous and I have trust issues. I do not like to be picked up. To keep everyone safe, it's best I wear a muzzle to get into the car and at the vet. I don't mean to sound scary but I just do better with a muzzle especially when being groomed, bathed, nails trimmed, etc... I had dental work and I am missing a lot of my teeth but I do not want to cause injury. I am tolerant of other dogs but if they annoy me, I will let out a little growl and show a little teeth. Do you blame me for wanting a little space?! I promise that I am super sweet though and I promise I am working on trusting again. I hope you will want to meet me and show me how awesome life can be!
