My story

　　Tinkerbell is a bundle of energy and love. True to her name, this 2 year old Chihuahua mix flits and flutters around the house - looking for opportunities to play fetch, tussle with her foster dog friend Terence (also up for adoption), find treats, or snuggle up on your lap for a nap. Sometimes she forgets she is a 5 pound dog when she is trying to help you move your shoes around the house and we always get a good laugh watching this tiny dog move a shoe that is bigger than her. This sums up Tinkerbell perfectly - big personality, full of energy and commitment, and above all super lovable.She is still working on house training and would benefit from someone with house training experience and/or patience to help teach her this skill. She is also learning how to direct her energy and with toys and gentle correction she is learning to channel her excitement. Unsure how she would do with cats but given her energy level and her desire to help with all household activities, we suspect that a cat may not be her biggest fan. Not recommended for homes with babies or very small children as she is still learning personal space boundaries and as a very small dog, she is a bit more fragile. As the Tinkerbell of Disney fame says `Trust a fairy and she will never betray you`. Tinkerbell is a loyal and loving little Chihuahua mix looking for her forever family.
