My story

　　Let’s get this paw-ty started!

　　Hi, friends! My name is Tilly, and I’m a 2-year-old Border Collie Mix female, weighing in at 38 pounds. 

　　I’m a proud Distemper survivor and, as a result, am a bit clumsy – but that hasn’t slowed me down one bit!  I’m fully potty-trained, and my leash training is a work in progress.  I’ve also already been spayed. 

　　A little bit about me, you ask? Well, I’m a high-energy gal with a calm temperament.  I crave attention, affection, and love.  My favorite activities include chewing on my bones and squeaky toys, laying on the floor, and taking walks around the neighborhood.  I love anyone and everyone: doggies, kitties, and children, alike.  I like to follow my humans around the house, licking them when they sit down and relax.  But even though I love, love, love my people, I also do just fine on my own and don’t show any signs of separation anxiety when they’re away from home. 

　　Because I’m a high-energy pup, my ideal household is one where I would get lots of exercise.  I’d do well with another doggie sibling (preferably one a little calmer than me) or on my own.  Other than that, I’d love to get lots of pets and head rubs!
