Fifth Case is the perfect example of form meeting function in style built with the highest degree of craftsmanship. She is 43' long, yet is equally at home when fishing the rough offshore waters as she is cruising or spending the day at the sandbar. She was custom-ordered by the original owner and is one of the only 43 opens to have been built with upgraded Cummins QSC engines coupled to Zeus pods. This expensive upgrade means the ability to dock and maneuver in the worst of conditions with the least amount of effort and stress. Her 2 stateroom 1 head layout and convertible salon table allow you to bring the whole family on extended trips ensuring no one misses out on the fun. She is a low-hour boat loaded with options and seriously for sale - do not miss this one.
When you step aboard Fifth Case the first thing you will notice is the large cockpit. There is plenty of room for fishing, diving, and dining thanks to the teak table and swim platform with ladder. The Kenyon grill and Vitrifrigo ice maker is to starboard while cockpit seating is to port. For additional seating, the transom has a built-in flip-down bench seat that easily stores when not in use. To both port and starboard, there are oversized insulated fish boxes with macerators to keep your catch or drinks fresh and cold and make clean-up a breeze. Shore power is provided with a 50 amp shore cord that is easily accessed on the port side and easy to handle thanks to the Glendenning cable master. She has both fresh and saltwater washdowns located on the starboard side as well as dock water hook-up.
As you walk up the steps to the helm area you will find a large bench seat to port while the starboard side offers an oversized Stidd helm chair and wet bar. The port bench seat swivels and allows the copilot to face forward while cruising and watch the world go by at a blistering 29 knots. This area is climate-controlled with the help of 32k BTU of air conditioning to help with those warm summer days. Navigating has never been easier with the integrated Garmin electronics suite featuring twin 15" displays, HD radar, Chirp sounder, engine room camera, and Autopilot.
Moving down below there is a screen door in addition to the large sliding glass door that allows in plenty of light. You will notice the dark brown Amtico floors accenting the book-matched teak interior woodwork. Fifth Case is both elegant and functional with her expansive interior space. To starboard is the galley, complete with Corian counters, under-mount stainless steel sink, two-burner stove, convection microwave oven, and drawer-style refrigerator/freezers with a built-in ice maker. Adjacent to the galley on the port side is the dinette and teak table perfect for relaxing and watching TV or enjoying a great meal. The table drops to make an additional double bunk and the seat back swings up to make a long Pullman berth. The amount of storage under these seats is incredible and it is easy to access. Both the salon and galley have port lights brightening up the space with natural light.
Moving just forward to port is the guest stateroom with over/under bunks with innerspring mattresses and a nice hanging locker. You will also notice the port light over the top bunk bringing in natural light to this already great space.
Across the companionway to starboard is the large head with a walk-in shower with optional port light. Access is granted directly through the salon as well as the master stateroom forward. You will notice Corian counters, linen storage, and the Vacuflush toilet.
Now moving forward you find the master stateroom with a centerline island queen bed with custom QCM Memory Luxe 7" Mattress and built-in drawers below. The cedar-lined hanging locker is to starboard while the TV is to port. Additional storage runs the hull side both to port and starboard and is finished out in the book-matched teak like the rest of the boat.
