This chair was made by a company that was in business 100 years ago. I cannot say how old the chair is, but the tag on the bottom of the chair states that was made by the company.

　　I feel the price is fair all things considered.

　　It is fairly good condition considering the age,and the fabric looks in pretty good condition. Again I do not know if it is the original fabric, but considering the condition of the overall chair, the price is still fair.
