Thomas Kinkade was born in Sacramento, and his family movedto Placerville where he was raised. His first studio was in Placerville, as hiscareer and reputation took off, he moved his family to Carmel, where most ofhis prolific work was accomplished. I bought this beautiful painting from Mr. Kinkade personallyat that Carmel studio for my wife. She recently died, and I can’t bare to seethis painting anymore. I’m hoping it will bring new, fond, and enjoyableviewing to another family, or loved one.  Sells in galleries for $1,500 or more.
